Douglas MacGregor is a geographic profiler and forensic intelligence analyst who supports law enforcement agencies on serial and violent crime, missing persons, and no-body homicide investigations. He developed the STEG model of geographic profiling — spatial, temporal, environmental, geographic — and co-authored the peer-reviewed research on combining geographic profiling with LiDAR and near-surface geophysics to locate clandestine gravesites.
